You can find articles by Robert House in our online databases. Go to JSTOR and in Administrative Science Quarterly for 1971 vol.16 # 3 pp.321-339 there is "A path goal theory of leader effectiveness"
Also in JSTOR by Robert House in Organization Science for 1993 vol. 4 #4 pp.577-594 is "The motivational effects of charismatic leadership: a self-concept based theory"
In Science Direct database in The Leadership Quarterly for 1996 vol.7 #3 pp.323-352 there is "Path-goal theory of leadership: Lessons, legacy, and a reformulated theory"
And then in Business Source Complete database in Journal of Management for 1997 vol.23 #3 pp.409-473 there is "The social scientific study of leadership: Quo vadis
You can also find these articles by using the journal list on our homepage and finding each journal then clicking on the appropriate database and then chose the correct issue and go down to the article by page number.
