It sounds like you are trying to access an article outside the Dominican library's Databases.
The answer is no, we don't have an Athens account.
Instead:
Go to the Library's website and find the Journal List link about half way down the page.
Enter the journal's title, click on search and if we have the journal a list of date ranges and databases should be on the next screen.
Choose the database with the appropriate date range for your citation and click through using the volume and issue numbers until you get to the issue with your article.
