  1. In the Library's Business Administration databases find Reference USA under the Company Research heading
  2. Go into Reference USA
  3. Click on OneSource
  4. Search for your Company
  5. Click on SEC Filings in the left side menu
  6. Find the 10-K from the year that you want (the info in the 10-Ks will show 3 years worth of info)
  7. Download the 10-K in the Excel format
  8. Open the Excel spreadsheet
  9. Scroll through the tabs at the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet until you come to Shareholder's Equity
  10. You're done!
