If you don't have access to Cabell's Publishing Opportunities in Psychology you should go to the website of the American Psychology Association.
On the APA website you can find the journals that they publish by subject or title. Once you find a possible title for your article you can see a description of the journal and instructions for authors in regards to submission guidelines.
