What method of citation are you using?  MLA?  APA?

Either way I would cite this as a lecture.  

In APA it would look like this:

Cain, Susan (2012). TED:The Power of Introverts [video]. Retrieved from


Cain, Susan. "The Power of Introverts." TED. Feb. 2012. Lecture.
