Camino, a new interlibrary loan service for books, is found within the Library's catalog.

You may notice a Camino link in the catalog on items that we don't have. Students, faculty, and staff can now request books from our Camino partners in Northern and Southern California, and have them delivered in two to three days.

It's a quicker version of InterLibrary Loan (ILL) and free. When you click on the link, the item information is entered into the fields. Just enter your information and when it arrives, you will receive an email.

  1. Go to our catalog from the library's home page, and do your search
  2. In the search results screen, if we don't have a book but Camino does, you'll see "Camino" in green letters
  3. Click on the title of the book
  4. Click on the "Request Camino Item" (the blue button on the right side of the screen about half way down)
  5. Enter you student ID
  6. Enter your email
  7. Submit it and you're done.
