The only AV material we have is a DVD series entitled Great American Speeches, which contains 6 discs of famous speeches starting from the Depression-era. For audio CDs, you would have to try the Marin County system, which has quite a few.

We have a library database called American History in Video that contains some video clips of famous speeches.

Lastly, there are a number of sites online such as AmericanRhetoric.com with hundreds of speeches, although some of these may charge a fee. You may want to search through some of these sites.
