There are two ways to search multiple databases:

1. We have a few databases, from EBSCOhost, that you can search simultaneously; they include:

  • ERIC
  • Academic Search Complete
  • Business Search Complete
  • International Humanities Complete
  • CINAHL
  • and about 20 more

2. Another great way to find Dominican articles across our library databases, is to do a search in Google Scholar. On-campus users at the library will see additional links in Google Scholar search results which facilitate access to the library's resources. When you see this link: "Full Text @ Dominican" to the right of an entry on the results page, it will lead you to the library's servers which, in turn, direct you to the full-text of the article in our databases.

If you are off campus, you will need to set your preferences in Google Scholar to Dominican University of CA. To do this, click on Settings, then Library Links, then enter Dominican University of CA in the search box, and Save.
