RefWorks has compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 9. Follow these steps to fix the problem:
- Open IE9 and go to RefWorks (through the Library's website)
- Login to your RefWorks account
- Click on "Tools" in the IE9 tool bar
- Click on "Compatibility View"
That's it, Refworks and IE9 should now work togeter.
The other option is to use FireFox, Chrome, or Opera as your web browser.
