RefWorks has compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 9.  Follow these steps to fix the problem:
  1. Open IE9 and go to RefWorks (through the Library's website)
  2. Login to your RefWorks account
  3. Click on "Tools" in the IE9 tool bar
  4. Click on "Compatibility View"
That's it, Refworks and IE9 should now work togeter.
The other option is to use FireFox, Chrome, or Opera as your web browser.
