First fill out the form, which is available on our library website under Faculty Services.
To put a book or article on reserve you'll need to fill out the course reserve form (attached here). Once you have the form filled out, drop it off, with the items that you want to put on reserve, at the circulation desk.
If you have any questions about course reserves, contact the circulation desk at 415-485-3251 or circdesk@dominican.edu.
