Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is your best bet. If you submit an ILL request, we'll get the article for you from another library. Articles usually take several days to a week (depending on the other library). You can access the ILL form through the Library's website.
A note about the ILL form: fill it out as completely as possible. The red dots indicate information that must be filled in. If you don't know the answer, put in something (e.g. ?, NA, xx) or you will not be able to submit the form.
