MLA has recently changed, so you'll use the 8th edition version. Take a look at the OWL website for an example of how to cite a translated book.

To cite a translated poem from the web, use the example of a citation for a page on a website (see link below) and add the translator after the title of the entire website as you did in the book example above (and be sure to format it with hanging indent and double spacing, even though it doesn't show here!).
