Yeah, it's not particularly intuitive. The step-by-step is:
  1. From your search results in Biological Abstracts choose the items you want to export to RefWorks
  2. From the drop down menu at the top of the page that's titled Save to EndNote online choose Save to Other File Formats
  3. Choose Plain Text from the pop-up menu. A .txt file should download
  4. Login to your RefWorks account
  5. Choose Add a Reference > Import References
  6. Drag and drop the .txt file over to the import screen
  7. Search for Biological Abstracts. The menu isn't really clear but it will be listed as Thompson Reuters [Biological Abstracts]
  8. Choose Biological Abstracts from the next screen
  9. Click on the Import button and you should be good to go.
