The easiest way add articles that are already printed out into RefWorks is to manually input them.  

  1. Open up RefWorks and click on + (Add a new reference)
  2. Choose Create a New Reference

At this point you'll need to choose what kind of material are you inputing (e.g. book, journal, manuscript...) and then fill in the appropriate information as best as you can.
