For country research check out:
- CountryWatch
- EIU (Economist Intelligence Unit)
CountryWatch gives good data regarding the history, general political, social and economic overview, and general country data and statistics.
EIU is great for up-to-date country economic and political data and forecasts.
You could also check out titles like the Statesmens Yearbook and the Political Handbook of the World in the reference section on the first floor of the library.
