Yes. But in order to find a book by call number you need to search for it in the Marinet catalog (not the WorldCat catalog that is on the library home page.)
1. Go to the Marinet Catalog
This catalog will search for books at Dominican and at all the public libraries in Marin. Dominican uses Library of Congress call numbers, made up of letters and numbers, and Marinet uses Dewey Decimal call numbers, made up of numbers and author last name.
2. In the Marinet search box a call number, such as: QS675 .C37 1982 should be entered with NO space between the Letters and Numbers. So it's like this - qs675 c37 1982 rather than QS 675 c37 1982. Caps are not necessary. The book's title will appear. Click on the title to see more information about the book.
