In which database(s) did you search?
I tried the following search in the Advanced Search in Iceberg: (ritalin OR adderall) AND ethic* and I came up with some articles and e-books on the ethics of prescribing stimulants for ADHD.
You can also use more general terms than ritalin or adderall. Some other possible terms are Neuroenhancers or Cognitive Enhancers.
You could also try the database Opposing Viewpoints which usually provides different viewpoint on a topic.
If you need more help, I would also suggest stopping by the reference desk in the library; we can help you in more depth there.
