In the paper (according to the OWL APA guide for Indirect Sources: If you use a source that was cited in another source, name the original source in your signal phrase. List the secondary source in your reference list and include the secondary source in the parentheses.
In-text citation: According to Arthur, Beecher, Death, Dockett, and Farmer...(as cited in “Numeracy”, n.d., slide 3).
On the Reference page (according to OWL APA Guide for lecture notes and Powerpoint presentations):
Name or title of the lecture. [Format (ex. Powerpoint slides]. Personal Collection of (the lecturer’s name), school or organization they teach for, city, state.
EX: Numeracy (birth to 5 years). [Powerpoint slides]. The rest you’d have to fill in.
