It all depends on your major and your audience.  If you are a Nursing, OT, or Psychology major for example, you should probably use APA when citing materials in your slides. 

That said, there really isn't a particular way to format a presentation slide in APA. If you are citing resources in your slides you would do it as you normally would... include an in-text citation and a final slide for references.
