Start with Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center. From the library home page, click on Databases. On the next screen, scroll down to Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center and click. Enter your issue into the search bar. Articles will come up for and against your issue. Be sure to look at the bibliography below each article and track down those articles in out Journal List (also on the library home page).
