IgniteAI Search allows students to search Canvas course content. It's internal to Canvas and does not search outside of your course. It searches for items in your course by understanding the context of queries and then finds relevant results based on that context.
For example if you are teaching an enviromental sciences course a student could use IgniteAI to search for all the items in your announcements, assignments, discussion boards, pages on the topic of climate change
