Q. How do I change the images for the course tiles on my Canvas dashboard?

Yes, you can personalize the tiles for your courses!

1. Enter the course that you would like to update
2. Enter the course Settings (left-side menu)
3. On the Course Details page you'll see the course image at the top. Look for the menu options (the 3 vertical dots) and select Choose image
4. At this point find an image on your computer and upload it. Ideally use images that are 262 pixels wide by 146 pixels high.
5. Hit the Update Course Details button at the bottom of the page

If you want to update the color overlay go back to your Canvas dashboard

1. On the course tile select the menu options (yep, the 3 vertical dots)
2. Select a color or enter a HTML hex code
3. Hit the Apply button
