Q. Students can't see my Yuja videos on Canvas

The Yuja to Moodle connection is not the same as the Yuja to Canvas connection. If you migrated your course over from Moodle and it contained videos stored on Yuja you will need to go back and reinstall those videos.

There are a couple of methods to do this...

Adding a Yuja Video Directly into a Module

1. Go to the Module where you want to add the video and select the "+" from the right side of the Module title bar
   
2. Choose to add an External Tool
3. Select Yuja Media
4. Navigate to the video you want to add and select it and hit the Add Item button
5. Be sure to publish it

Adding a Yuja Video as an Assignment

(This option is recommended if watching a video is part of a graded assignment)

1. Create an Assignement in your course
2. Go into and Edit the assignment
3. Select the Yuja icon in the menu bar (the one that looks like a swirly rainbow)
   
4. Navigate to and select the video and hit the Insert Content button
5. Finish creating your assignment and publish it.
