Q. May I renew ILL books borrowed from other libraries?

Renewal is possible only on a case-by-case basis because library renewal policies differ widely.  

For a WorldCat book, always request a renewal by contacting the circulation desk before the due date cited on the interlibrary loan wrapper. You can call the Ciruclation desk (415-485-3251) or email them circdesk@dominican.edu

MARINet books can be renewed online if there is no hold on the item.  To do this you first need to setup an account, if you do not already have one (see the link below)

Once you are logged in, click on Checked Out or, if you see a screen with items you've borrowed, put checkmarks in the boxes of the items you want to renew and click renew marked.
