Yes, the Library is open to those with a Dominican ID card from 1:00pm to 10:00pm. Bring your ID card, you'll need it to swipe it to enter the Library.  The public can access the Library Monday - Thursday from 7:30am to 5:00pm and Fridays from 7:30am to 4:00pm
