Q. I lost my card and it has about $50 bucks on it. What do I do?

First call the Library's Lost and Found at 415-485-3251 and Security at 415-269-6070 to see if anyone has turned in your card.

Next I would suggest calling IT during their business hours (9am - 5pm) at 415-257-0123 and see if the can put a hold on the card's use.  You'll also need to go to IT to replace the card.
