Q. I'm trying to print something in the library but all I see is CutePDF.

CutePDF is the default on the library PCs. When you open a document, or download and open a document in the browser, it only shows CutePDF.

To work around this:

• Save the file as a PDF or Word document to the desktop
• Minimize the window, and check for the file on the desktop
• Open the file from the desktop, not the browser
• Select Print, and scroll down to choose one of these options:
  • IC-1 BW ($.10 per page)
  • IC - 1 Color ($.20 per page)

OR

• IC-2 BW ($.10 per page)
• IC - 2 Color ($.20 per page)
