If you are a faculty member who has put physical materials on reserve at the library, you can pick them up even after the closure date on May 14. Please check your email for instructions, or follow those below:

1. Pick up Saturday May 13 from 9a-5p at the circulation desk (now inside the library doors, near the reference desk). 

2. You can come any time this summer and ask security to let you into the building. Books will be on a cart in the Reading Room with professor's names on them under the blue bulletin board. 

3. You can be pick these up in the fall. 

4. Materials can be placed on reserve again for the fall semester using the form on the library's website (also here).
