Q. How do I find a journal article that's listed as being in Dominican's Periodical Collection?

The first step would be to check the Journal Holdings which can be found on the Library's main website.

Click into the Journal Holdings and then:

1. Search on the title of the Journal
2. If we have the journal it will come up in the search results along with the associated database(s)
3. Choose the associated database with the date range for your article

At this point, it varies by database, you should be able to now navigate to your article using the Year, Volume and Issue (all of which should be included in your citation).

By doing this you'll be taken to all the articles for that date/volume/issue of the journal. Now it's just a matter of looking for the title and you're good to go.
