OT Seeker is a web-based free database that only has citations and abstracts. You can access the bibliographic information and the abstract only.
To get the article citation go to the Journal search box on the library's home page and type the name of the journal there, then look for a link to a DUC database or DUC print journal. If we have access to the journal, use the citation information to find your way to the article.
