Check out Reference USA.
Go to the Business Adminstration databases and find Reference USA/OneSource. Once you gotten in to the database click on "One Source".
Seach on your company's name in the Companies search box. Make sure that you choose the Public Parent of your company from the results page.
Once you've found your company you will find a link to annual reports in the left-side menu under the heading Filings.
The 10K and 10Q can be found by clicking on SEC Filings
In addition, many annual reports can be found at AnnualReports.com, or using the ABI Inform database. Look for "Document Type" under More Search Options, and choose Annual Report form the drop-down menu.
