Q. i would like to request an item through interlibrary loan, but it says: Sorry, no holdings were found for this book.

After you click on the item, click on the blue "Request Item Through Interlibrary Loan". On the next screen (the screen that says "Sorry, no holding were found for this book."), scroll down to Step 2. and click on the blue highlighted link "ILL Form" near the bottom which will take you to the online order form. The information for your item will already be entered into the fields. Just scroll down and enter your contact information, then submit. Keep in mind that it could take 10 days or more to get the item.

 A note about the ILL form:  fill it out as completely as possible.  The red dots indicate information that must be filled in.  If you don't know the answer, put in something (e.g. ?, NA, xx) or you will not be able to submit the form.
